NCASC developed and rolled out HIV Care and ART Tracking System (DHIS2 Tracker, mHealth and Biometric) for evaluation of the HIV program and system ensured real-time availability of individual-level data of clients using HIV Testing and Counselling and Anti-Retroviral Therapy services. With the expansion of HIV Care and ART Tracking System and growing use of individual-level data of client/patient throughout the country, this guideline developed and disseminated to inform users about the importance of data privacy and confidentiality while reporting of individual-level data of client/patient enrolled in HIV care.

This Guideline for Reporting Individual-level Data from HIV Care and ART Tracking (DHIS2 Tracker, mHealth and Biometric) System is developed to ensure the standard data reporting practice throughout the data users and site level.
